EVERYONE MUST WEAR MASK TO YOUR APPOINTMENT-NO EXCEPTIONS-NO KIDS-NO EXTRA COMPANY

DEPOSITS: Are due at the time of booking. Remaining balance could me paid in CASH, through ZELLE, CREDIT/DEBIT CARD or CASH APP which will require a $2 fee. If you are paying with cash, please bring exact amount, no cash is kept on site therefore change will not be given.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING: Please contact us at least one hour in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Once you cancel you are only allowed to reschedule once (1 time ONLY).If you reschedule for a 2nd time, a $15 fee will be added, and an invoice will be emailed to you and you will have up to 4 hours to pay or your appointment will be completely canceled. After 3rd reschedule your appointment will be completely canceled and $30 balance will be due before you can reschedule. You have 2 weeks to reschedule or your deposit will be forfeited. If for some reason you can not make it to your rescheduled appointment, you will have to book a new appointment, which will require a new deposit. If you NO CALL NO SHOW you automatically lose your deposit, NO EXCEPTIONS. (2) NO CALL NO SHOW you will be BANNED from booking. If for whatever reason I have to cancel your appointment and you do not want to reschedule, I will refund you your deposit.

LATE POLICY: If you are running late please call or text 954-861-9845 prior to your appt time. If you do not call/text there will be a $10 late fee. IF YOU CALL/TEXT AT YOUR APPT TIME THERE WILL BE A $5 FEE ADDED TO YOUR BALANCE. If you are more than 10 mins late your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.

ADD-ONS: Please add any additional services at the time of booking so that the allotted time will be set for you. If you do not add on extra service at the time of booking, I will not be able to render any additional services at the time of your appointment, due to the respect of other clients and their time. IF YOU ADD ON AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE AND AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT DECIDE YOU DO NOT WANT THE SERVICE RENDERED, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL GO TOWARDS THAT CANCELED SERVICE.
